Welcome to Only One Email. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at www.onlyone.email and any related services provided by Only One Email.

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the service.

1. License Grant

Only One Email grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our unified Gmail management service for your personal or business use, subject to these Terms.

2. Ownership

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Only One Email and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

3. Gmail Integration & OAuth

3.1 Gmail Account Connection

You may connect multiple Gmail accounts to our service through OAuth 2.0
Free tier allows connection of up to 3 Gmail accounts
Premium tier allows unlimited Gmail account connections
You retain full ownership and control of your Gmail accounts

3.2 OAuth Permissions

Our service requests Gmail API permissions for email management
We access email metadata (headers, labels, timestamps) only
We do NOT access email body content or attachments
You can revoke access to any connected account at any time

3.3 Token Management

OAuth tokens are encrypted using RSA-2048 encryption
Tokens are stored locally in your browser by default
Optional encrypted backup to our servers is available
You control how and where your tokens are stored

4. Data Processing & Privacy

4.1 Email Data Processing

We process email metadata (headers, sender, recipient, subject, labels)
We do NOT process email body content or attachments
Email metadata is used for unified inbox display and search functionality
All data processing complies with our Privacy Policy

4.2 Storage Options

Local-Only Storage: All data stored in your browser (recommended)
Synced Storage: Optional encrypted backup to our servers
You choose your preferred storage method
You can change storage preferences at any time

4.3 Data Security

All sensitive data is encrypted using RSA-2048 encryption
We implement zero-knowledge architecture
We cannot decrypt your data without your password
Regular security audits and updates are performed

5. Account Management

5.1 Account Connections

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected Gmail accounts
You can add, remove, or modify connected accounts at any time
We provide tools to monitor account connection status
Automatic detection of connection issues is available

5.2 Account Limits

Free tier: Maximum 3 Gmail accounts
Premium tier: Unlimited Gmail accounts
Account limits are enforced automatically
Upgrading to premium removes account limits

6. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
Violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability
Submit false or misleading information
Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the service
Collect or track the personal information of others
Spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
Interfere with or circumvent the security features of the service
Attempt to reverse engineer or decrypt our encryption methods
Use the service to access unauthorized Gmail accounts

7. User Responsibilities

7.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

7.2 Gmail Account Management

You are responsible for the security of your connected Gmail accounts
You must have proper authorization to connect Gmail accounts
You are responsible for maintaining valid OAuth tokens
You must comply with Gmail's Terms of Service

7.3 Data Backup

You are responsible for backing up your local data if using local-only storage
We are not responsible for data loss due to browser data clearing
Synced storage provides automatic backup but is optional

8. Service Availability

Only One Email reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

9. No Warranty

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Only One Email makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Only One Email, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Only One Email and its licensees and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Only One Email operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Data Collection & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices regarding data collection, processing, and storage.
